Ordering Instructions

Online Orders

For online orders click on the variety you wish to view and then click on the 'add to cart' button next to the size and variety your would like to purchase. This will take you to your shopping cart in a new window or tab. From there your can return to choose more varieties or continue and pay for your purchase using your credit card or a paypal account. You can use your credit card, and you do not need a paypal account to pay for your items. We may contact you regarding large orders to confirm stock availability and shipping details.

NOTE: If you are experiencing problems with PayPal while using the Safari web browser, please try another browser.

For quicker entry of large orders, leave the window/tab of the shopping cart open and return to shopping by clicking on the original window/tab. (Don't use the cart's Continue Shopping button -- it will close the cart's window/tab.) New items will be added to the cart without displaying the cart each time. When done, return to the shopping cart window/tab to review items, update quantities, and place the order.

Bulk quantities

If you wish to order bulk, click on that size and this will take you to the shopping cart. There, you can enter the quantity of ounces or pounds you would like.

Payment can be made by CHECK (payable to Meadowlark Hearth), MONEY ORDER, MASTERCARD, VISA, or AMERICAN EXPRESS

If you wish to pay by Check or Money Order, please fill out downloadable order form below and mail it in with your payment.

Shipping by Weight

Shipping costs are calculated by weight rather than cost of seed. All orders up to 20 pounds are shipped by priority through the US postal service. Orders over 20 pounds may be shipped by Fedex or UPS and we may need to contact you with the precise shipping costs in those instances. Please include your UPS delivery address ie your street address if your order totals over 20 pounds. (UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.)

• 8.01 - 15 lb: $27.00
• over 15 lb: $30.00

We are currently not accepting foreign orders because of the difficulty in shipping seed across international borders.
