The spicy, slightly spicy taste is reminiscent of horseradish and gives salads a fresh note. Cold resistant. Harvest baby leaf after 3 weeks.It also can be grown to form bunches somewhat like a kale bunch. Has a taste like wasabi but not as hot. Very hardy! Early spring or late summer sow outside 10 seeds/ft. 1/2in deep in rows 12-18in. apart. Stands frost, bolts in heat.
